I recently sold a property through Dhillon Real Estate. I purchased the same property through them as well and from the time I bought the property I could see a difference in Dara's style to other Real Estate agents. He has a no pressure way of dealing with prospective buyers while also doing his best to get a good sale for the vendor. After living in my property for two years, I got married and moved but added my Ingleburn residence to my investment portfolio. Dara and Nancy became my property managers. They were always very professional to deal with, always followed things up and insured that both myself as a landlord and the tenant were happy. They also ensure they put the best tenants they can find into their properties and at appropriate rent. I had an outstanding tenant and fortunately is able to stay on even though I have sold the property.
When I placed my property on the market Dara kept me informed regularly in regards to any prospective buyers he had. He also had an understanding of the price range I wanted to achieve and did not accept offers that were unrealistic. The sale of my property went through without any hitches and I also obtained the asking price which was a bonus for me!
Having dealt with Property managers in NSW, QLD and WA I can confidently say that Dara stands out as a Real Estate agent with honesty and integrity. He is someone who really trys to get the best for his clients, whether they are buying, selling or renting.
